Res & Pump Combo Mounting Options In Fractal R4

***IN THE MIDDLE OF FIRST WATERCOOLING BUILD SO IM A NOOB***

 

I got the EK-D5 Vario X-RES 140 Including Pump and im having some issues mounting in my R4

Will this mount work on the front rad i have?

 

If not, im open to your suggestions on how to mount this pump/res

 

(Front rad is UT60)

Yes it should work, and I assume you mount the res to the plate on the bottom, then the back piece to the rad.

I don't quite see how it would work, given that the mounting plate for the pum/res combo mounts on the bottom of the acetal block on the res, with a hole for the pump through the middle. I don't see where you would screw the pump/res into the pump mount. I guess you could mod the pump mount by bending the bottom plate downwards, then cutting off most of it and drilling holes to mount the pump/res combo. Kinda hard to explain without pictures, I hope you can understand what I mean.
