lol @ modding guide.  Although the logo on keyboard is easy to remove, the mouse on the other hand......

On an unrelated note, Linus seems to be suffering from sun burns...

Bought mine day one from NCIX, old logo is much better and I'm happy mine has it :D

I am however underwhelmed at the keyboard due to the myriad of bugs.

I don't know what everyone is on about with the logo. It looks.. worse than the other one but good on them for trying something new, and like Linus said, how much was the old Vengence logo hated at first? People are just allergic to Change, that's all.

Personally I have preordered the K70 RGB with Browns in Australia for yes, a steep price, however it will be a huge improvement over my Razer BlackWidow.

Guys should I get the normal K70 or go for the RGB one? I can't decide. I am also on a budget as I'm 13 so it's kinda hard for me to decide.

Am I the only one here that doesn't care about looks? I honestly couldn't care less about a small logo but then again, people are entitled to their own views and I respect that.

So did you get hate mail for having Corsair Gaming sponsor the tramp stamp video?

Why are all keyboards $100+?

Is it just because cherrymx takes a lot of royalties?

edit: Is it just because I still have my keyboard from my old Compaq computer?

Cherry MX switches cost about $1 each at retail. Call them 25¢ each versus .01¢ each for rubber dome in bulk.

Also, your old Compaq keyboard might have very good switches itself. Go ask around on geekhack.org; you might be pleasantly surprised.

When will we start seeing the old logo again? All stores seem to show the new logo on still on the products. (Scan, overclockers uk, dabs, ebuyer etc)

  • 2 weeks later...

I picked up a k95 rgb brown switches. The keyboard is awesome, but the software is really lacking. Locks up and freezes the color changes more then I would like. It seems corsair is actively patching it! Hopefully clears up soon!
