I'm just going to say that the iPhone 4 model was the best phone ever made. The engineering that went into it is extraordinary. If I had the choice of going back to it I would.

 

It drops signal when held in the left hand though (unless you use some kind of case/bumper). 3GS was a tank - no scratches on screen ever.

Moving away from the squared off edges seems like a bad idea to me. I am not an iPhone fan, but I feel the sleek squared off metal edges really made it a "premium" designed/looking phone. Now it just looks like any other smartphone.
