Posted August 11, 2014 Today the multiplayer trailer for COD:Advanced Warfare was released. It featured jetpacks, lasers, dashing and levels with different states (Like one that floods). In my opinion, I think that it could actually shake things up. I personally am waiting for some actual gameplay rather than the scripted dummy matches that the video shows. Still I would like to hear from other users about how they feel about this trailer. Again I think this is good for COD and could actually make me want to go back to it seriously. If you want to view the trailer here's the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bj3-RsyJKfA&index=1&list=LLKjv3jVAgMeFUdUYQJAJ2vQ (Oh, and be nice. Posted August 11, 2014 Gameplay? Just go look at any other COD from the last 7 years. We must be watching very different videos then... It's easy to just go out right and hate, but honestly I think it looks like a refreshing breath of life without taking the "old flavour" away. It doesn't particularly look like a game for me, however saying it looks like every other COD Game is far from the truth.
 Posted August 11, 2014 Looks like they just took Halo Call of Duty and Titanfall and mixed them all together. Not surprised really Call of Duty loves to copy other games.
Posted August 11, 2014 Well, shit. That actually looks promising, i had given up on the series a long time ago, this may be good enough to make me want to buy it. Shot through the heart and you're to blame, 30fps and i'll pirate your game - Bon Jovi Take me down to the console city where the games are blurry and the frames are thirty - Guns N' Roses Arguing with religious people is like explaining to your mother that online games can't be paused... Posted August 11, 2014 If the title didn't say CoD, I would honestly think this is Titanfall.
Posted August 11, 2014 Every cod is "revolutionary". Everything they change people complain about and then complain about nothing changing. I wouldn't be surprised if jet packs were terrible in multiplayer and no one used them. But they're in the game so it has technically changed but in reality it hasn't. Cod maps are way too small for jetpacks anyway. If people were on rooftops and ledges like bf4, cod would be ruined even further because that along with the size of the map just wouldn't work. Posted August 14, 2014 I see your annual CoD "innovation" and raise you a Tribes:Ascend Too bad Hirez had to kill Tribes to make Smite. RIP Shazbot And no I don't think this game mixes anything up. It's the one CoD game that isn't your standard military shooter, but all the new stuff is in your standard sci-fi or action shooter games. Nothing new here. Git Gud. Posted August 17, 2014 Doubtful. No one is really gonna use the jet packs for anything other than to get from one end of the map to the other. Kind of how armor abilities barely changed anything about the Halo multiplayer. Knowledge is power, guard it well. Posted August 18, 2014 See, those who believe that this looks good are bound to be burned; badly. Remember how great Black Ops 2 was meant to be? That had less shelf life than World at War. We all remember Call of Duty: Ghosts, don't we? The shit graphics, recycled animations and cutscenes and the now infamous PC version. I will wait for the first few good reviews to come out before I consider purchasing. Unless someone can provide me with a damn fine argument.
