Why is GFE sooo slow

Is Geforce experience REALLY slow for anyone else, it is only program including games on my computer that make other tasks slow down while it is opening, updates download at 1.5mb when I have 50Mbs internet and can download other things at 8mb.  And the recommend settings are always to high and give me like 40 FPS.

Yep

Just updated my GeForce experience and it seems to be slow too. I would just wait for the next update or uninstall it altogether.
