Is this a good motherboard for gaming? Asrock 870 icafe R 2.0

Im buying fx 6300, r9 270 and CORSAIR XMS3 8GB.
Is this a good motherboard for me?
I read all the specs and they look fine but i could not find any reviews so here I am. 

Specs: AMD FX 6300 @ 4ghz, Asus R9 270 OC, 8gb Corsair xms3, Cooler Master GX 550w PSU, WD 500 blue, Gigabyte  GA-970A-DS3

4+1 power phase .-.

I guess it should be fine for the 6300 but not so good for overclocking.
