Refreshed Windows 8. Installed updates. Now laptop is stuck in loop.

Nevermind for now. It finally Finished and got out of loop. Only took it 3 hours <_<

I just wanted to refresh Windows 8 on my Toshiba Laptop and before I could upgrade to 8.1 it needed "more updates" I installed the first update wave. And now after restarting(for updates) It is stuck in Failure Configuring Windows Updates. Reverting Changes. It had been more than 45 minutes on this screen. Then asked me to login. Then Instantly went to Restarting. And now it has been stuck on Failure Configuring Windows Updates reverting changes for an Hour. Anyway to Fix This?    

 

I don't have a windows 8 code visible anywhere on the laptop, but I have a windows 8.1 disk for my desktop. 

My Gaming Bio thingy?  Anyhow I love co-op gaming so add me.   :) Skype/Origin/Uplay/Steam/Other -> "GuestForeverX"
