I was looking to buy a cheap laptop on Ebay and i found one it is a Acer Aspire S3 951 Ultrabook and i was wondering what people think of this computer. It has a I3 2367M 4GB RAM integrated GPU with 24GB SDD + 360GB HDD. I want to know the every day performance cause around the house i will stream games to it from my desktop jsut hope its not to slow for every day tasks

Desktop: CPU: I7-5820K GPU: 980Ti, 750Ti PhysX Mobo: MSI X99A SLI PLUS RAM: 4x4 Kingston DDR4 2400MHz OS: Win10
Storage: 250GB Samsung Evo, 3TB WD Black and Green FIRESTRIKE, Reason for dedicated PhysX Card.
Peripherals: Screen: 3x BenQ VZ2350 Mouse: Razer Naga Keyboard: Some Dell Thing Sound: Razer Tiamat, 5.1 Logitech Surround Speakers

It should be pretty okay for general web-surfing and such. An I3 with 4GB should be able to do simple web-surfing.

Yeah not looking to game on it but maybe some uni work which i use photo shop for and some game engines and stuff but i would do all the big work on my desktop any way. and is it trustworthy if its Manufacturer refurbished?

it was repaired by Acer themselves and resold

 

you will still be covered by Acer for warranty

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

It will be ok for the type of stuff you use your phone for, web surfing... But it won't be good for anything intensive.
