The thing I like about this notebook is how powerful it is while at the same time striking a good balance with battery life.  It's a major deal breaker for me if the laptop can last 3 hours under heavy web browsing.

What can I choose as a favorite? I currently only have a computer designed for work, so I love:

The OS

The appearance

If I really had to choose a favorite, it would be the backlit keyboard. It looks great! Not only that, but the battery life is awesome compared to a laptop I used to have, which got about 20 minutes on idle.

My favorite part about the ASUS RoG G550JK is the scratchy looking finish on the top with the logo in the middle (Oh yea and it's a pretty decent gaming machine for when I leave home for a while )

Speaking of which a good set of fans on a high powered pc like this are mandatory. im tired of getting laptop burns playing worms or minecraft at low res.
