Posted June 25, 2014 hi, just before you start goin all DISTILLED WATER IS THE BEST, i know i know i am using distilled water with PT Nuke right now, thanks.. am wondering which are the best fluids/dyes in the markets, that have the best reputation at least...ive seen people use mayhems But theres just so many and idk which one is the best for me, and i have few questions1- IS fluid better than Dye, vice versa 2- IF you use a fluid/dye w/e .. most of them come with their own antibiocide so if you use a Killcoil/PT Nuke it tend to cause issues ? is it true or not. Posted June 25, 2014 I use destilled water with mayhems UV blue dye and a few drops of PT Nuke. Cheap, the dye and biocide last several refills and it works like a charm. Wouldn't recommend anything else.

Mayhems. Mayhems line-up isn't that overwhelming. It's either the X1 or Pastel. The other ones are specialist liquids. X1 if you want premixed distilled H20 + dye. Pastel if you want opaque liquid. You can color Pastel liquid with Mayhems dye but it takes A LOT of dye. Like 1.5 - 2 full bottles. Depending on how much you have of it. Feser is supposed to be good too but I haven't used it myself. Posted June 25, 2014 used both EK UV Blue and Green. I found that the green after 6-8 months started to build up on the tubing. I have now changed the tubing to blue Primochill LRT and used one bottle of EK UV blue mixed into 3 litres of DI water. I'm going to see how it works out since its mostly DI water.
