What is 'heatware'?

Vaporware, IIRC it's like stuff that's claimed to be in the works or hyped but is either released too late, pushed back indefinitely, or turns out to be utter crap or relatively meh.

 

 

oh derp, it's a site you use for keeping reputations on sales online. It's really a beneficial type of thing, because there's no way to keep negative reviews since people can just create a new alias or not share their heatware info.

 

tl;dr: here look @ all the people i didnt scam

I was just filling the specifications for my first time use of the classifieds section of the forum (CPU to be exact), but I have no idea what to put in the box that says 'heatware'.

Can someone explain what this is please? There is no dictionary definition :(
