Yes that will surely be enough, unless you have something else that's really power demanding in your system.

I am saving up for a GTX 780 I found second hand and I am not entirely sure my power supply will be able to power it. Any input will be appreciated, the power supply is a Corsair CX600. Thanks in advance!

Don't want to know the bottleneck with that CPU on some games with a GTX 780, but it will work together fine.

Enter your rig specifications into PCPartPicker, there is a wattage calculator and I would add about 100-200 watts extra to be safe and to offer future expansion in case you throw something power-hungry in there *cough*FX-9590*cough*

It's enough. Since you already have it just get the 780 and try. if you have issues, then get a 750watt psu (but still you should be golden)

That calculator doesn't realize the existence of i3's

As well it shouldn't. It's meant more for performance systems.

It has them for up to Ivy. It probably just hasn't been updated. Or it's been updated and I'm using an older one.

Thanks guys, I asked the guy who owns the card if he would hold onto it while I save up and he agreed so hopefully he remembers to hold onto it! 

 

Also, once i get it I'll be making a build log of it. had most of my PC since February but this will be it finished. It is mostly a budget build but I got a job recently and saw this, I thought to myself: I need this! Anyways, thanks again everybody!

Don't want to know the bottleneck with that CPU on some games with a GTX 780, but it will work together fine.

The A10 is more of a stepping stone as i am on a pretty strict budget, been dealing with integrated graphics for a while now  :(

I understand, my i5 650 is worse than that and manages to bottleneck my Radeon HD 7770... <_< At least I'm ordering more parts next week. Hope you enjoy your GTX 780! :)

Welcome! I'm sure they will. Good bye 1st gen intel i5 that idles at 50C in the summer. Guess I'll miss being warm at my computer during the winter.
