Does Linus have to return review products?

I'm not really sure how review products work....

 

Does the company give them under the condition that they be reviewed and posted online and then left to the reviewer forever...Or do the companies actually expect them back? 

 

If its the latter, Linus should totally start selling off all the review products at a nice discount :)

For most cheaper stuff I guess they expect him to keep it, but I guess like a concept item or something not released yet as a sold product, they would want back.

If it was an expensive GPU like an R9 295X2 or Titan Z he would definitely have to return it.

I would assume it depends on what it is, but for the majority, Yes i think he gets to keep just about everything her reviews.
