I have a Ryzen 5 7600 that I use with the included CPU cooler and was wondering if there were any recommendations for a new cooler around £50 that would be beneficial.

For reference my temps are:

Idle - 40-50°C

BeamNG.drive - 70-80°C on medium/low settings

COD Warzone - 80°C low settings

R6 - 80-90°C medium/low settings

3Dmark (Time Spy) - 80-90°C

Cinebench R23 - 90°C+

The temps are perfectly fine. If the sound doesn't bother you, there is no reason to change cooler.

No they are not 80-90 in games ? Where 85-90 is the throttle point if i am not mistaken ?

AIO:
Arctic Liquid Freezer 3 240 for AIO will be be enough for 7600 Get 360 ver if you case can fit it and you plan on upgrade your CPU. (Note Freezer 3 can be tricky to install )

From just normal Air coolers:

Arctic Freezer 36, Thermalright Peerless Assassin or be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 2  ( small and cheap ) bigger option be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 5

R7 9800X3D, Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360 ARGB, ASRock X870E TAICHI, Kingston FURY 64GB (2x32GB) 6000MT/s CL30 Beast Black RGB , Gigabyte RTX 4090 Gaming OC, Windows 11

Did you PBO and CO in the BIOS?

Do so first, then check temps again.

If that still doesn't make you comfortable grab a Peerless Assassin, Phantom Spirit, DeepCool A620 (?), or similar 2 fan CPU cooler.  They're all more than adequate for your needs.

Recently went from a AIO to an air cooler for my 5700X3D, and bought this as it was pretty good value with the discount.

Fitting was pretty easy, and it hits about 84/85c with a synthetic load (furmark CPU burner), this is while keeping things fairly quiet.

You are not cooking your CPU but temps can be easily improved, since you are using stock cooler. Get Arctic Freezer 36. Its very cheap and has overall very good reviews. Ignore the Linux penguin guy, with new cooler you will get ~70°C in Cinebench and it will be quieter as well. Dont worry about the price, air cooler will outlive your CPU.
Just make sure you have airflow in your case, otherwise new cooler wont help.

7000 series is actively trying to keep it at 85C.  If your under that you have cooling performance to spare.  Though I'd like to see that at full core speeds not in game.  I just put a Phantom Spirit 120 on my 7950x3d with the contact plate and really good TIM, it hits 80C all core (probably more in the summer).  Its in the 50s when I game though.  Thats a very good for ~ $40 cooler.

BTW I have all my fans really low.  maxium of 1100 on the CPU and 800 on the case.
