Mine's called an MX box I believe. They all do pretty much the same thing, so it doesn't matter too much whihc one you get. I mainly use XBMC on mine to watch movies and such on my bigger TV. Just set up a folder on my laptop that the box can access so I can stream them.

Thanks, I'm thinking of getting the Minix Neo X7.

1. 1991 Sentra from my HS auto shop. Paid $350 for it with very few problems, enabled my early adulthood freedom.

2. Echoing above, water filters. Maybe a strong placebo, I like having a clean shower and healthy drinking water.

3. Steelcase Leap. I love this chair - ergonomic support with no pain.

4. Firearms. Good investment, better protection.

5. Smart phone. Any will do, we're packing so much awesomeness into such a small device it's incredible that we can argue about which is better.

1) gameboy Advance SP, got it as a child and spent so many hours on it mainly playing pokemon.

2) The Binding of Isaac, paid about £5 for it and played it for over 200 hours, such a fun game

3) COD4, got it on both pc and xbox 360 and spent so many fun hours playing with friends.

4) GTX 570, picked it up for £100 about a year and half ago with a waterblock on, was a great deal and allowed me to complete my water loop much quicker

5) iPad 2, as I only have a desktop it gets a lot of use when I am just sitting in front of the tv browsing the web, checking twitter, or watching youtube videos. I probably use as much if not more than my desktop.

My rig: i5 2500k, MSI Z77A G45, Gainward GTX 980 Phantom, 8GB Corsair Vengeance, OCZ ZT series 750W PSU, 1TB HDD, 800D, fully water cooled. I am currently working on modding my HAF 912+ to fit a custom loop, here is the build log: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/165963-project-viridis-water-cooled-haf-912/

If it has to be tech related then:

1. Second monitor (makes working so much more efficient)

2. Mechanical keyboard (I write a lot so it makes a difference)

3. HTC phone (my first HTC was the legendary HD2, after that I've stayed with HTC and it has never disappointed me)

4. Good quality office chair (when using my desktop)

5. My new Sony ultrabook (before I was carrying heavy 17" laptop when I was studying at university. Having this ultra light and compact ultrabook with good battery life makes a significant difference)

Why not? I have one I got as a promotion and I use it from time to time. And it's not one of those crappy ones either, it's a $200 one.

Toshiba S855D-S120 ($299)

Crucial M500 480GB SSD ($240 on-sale)

Dremel 100 ($35)

Panasonic LUMIX DMC FZ-7 ($5, yard sale)

Panasonic RX-CT980 ($12, Salvo)

I like to think of myself as a bargain hunter. I am an eBay junkie. That Toshiba is a MONSTER for what I paid for it.
