Is this combo that bad of a bottleneck

I don’t rlly have a choice about changing the cpu so I was wondering would this combo be that bad. It is a ryzen 5 3600 with a rtx 3080. Im gonna be playing at 1080p ultrawide and 1440p ultrawide I’d like to know if this combo as that bad of a bottleneck. Thanks :).

What motherboard do you have? Shouldn't be too bad to pop a 5600x, 5700x, 5700x3d, 5800x, or 5800x3d in there most likely.

 

You will be less cpu bottlenecked at a higher resolution (like your 1440p ultrawide). Overall, I think you'll be fine as is.

might be a bottleneck,  but not that bad and certainly not for all games.

 

I'd go for it and upgrade the cpu later if needed.
