Something is eating my RAM

Good afternoon people. I have a strange situation going on right now, something is eating my RAM and i don't know what it is... 

In the task mananger it says that 97% ( 32 gb ) of the RAM is in use, and spotify is on the top list right now at 270mb sooo what?

 

I noted the problem started when i had the BitTorrent application running, after starting using that again.. But i only have it running when I am not using the computer, and when I am playing games ( Aoe 4 & Mount Blade ) i close it.

Started to get a warning message when I was starting them that there was low memory available..

 

So does anyone know what is wrong?
