Need help picking CPU and motherboard

Hello, I’m looking to upgrade my cpu and motherboard from an i5 6500 and a B150 M A, to something that won’t bottleneck my 1070, preferably has rgb headers,

preferably atx, doesn’t need to have integrated graphics, doesn’t need to be new, budget of $300 CAD but would prefer not to spend quite that much,

Used ryzen 3600(x) or 5600(x) for the equivalent of ~50$ or ~80$ so probs somewhere around 70cad and 110cad respectively

 

Pair with a new B450m pro4 r2.0 cause its at used pricing whilst being new and a decent midranger board thatll clock 4 sticks decently so you can drop in another 16gb kit and run at 3200-3800 depending on ic
