New laptop for some gaming/uni

Hello! I want to buy a laptop for uni, but want to play some games and dont want to pay over.

Mostly I play strategy games, like crusader king 3, anno 1800 and f1 manager 23.

So my question is, should I buy a laptop with dGPU or some uhd will be enough?
