Yeah, that's a fairly good price for a 9900K and board. It's hard to do too much better than that.

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Honestly I dont even know yet.

 

I just found an i9 9900K with a Gigabyte Z390 Xtreme with all the boxes+Accesories for 300€ on the second hand market, negotiated the price to 200€, is this a good deal?

(I already have a 240mm aio I got for 20€ a while back that only supports this socket/1200 and 32GB of ddr4 ram)

Yeah, that's a fairly good price for a 9900K and board. It's hard to do too much better than that.

Honestly a good deal. Cant get that performance new for 200 either even used VERY hard to do.

 

Get a thermalright peerless assasin to cool it for cheap and cool it well.

I think new ryzen 5600 with budged board performs the same for 200$.

Problem with a super cheap a520 board is you are basically stuck on the 5600
