Country: England

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: BeamNG Drive, Medium graphics wanting 60ish fps 1080p

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Case MUST be under 33cm tall because of my desk, upgrading from 2012 iMac, 3.2ghz i5-3470, 24GB RAM. will build in about a weeks time, but can start buying parts now, will get GPU from ebay or FB marketplace, as new GPUs are way out of my price range, already have all peripherals, want to run 2 monitors, min of 16gb ram, thinking AM4 maybe 5600g, need wifi,

As t your price point, consider refurbishing an old ceon workstation. 350£ is kinda weird, and if you can find a decent old sff you could get a 8c 16t computer for <200-300£, (strong gpu included)

For £350, I'd say look at used market:

B450: £50

3rd gen Ryzen: £65

500w PSU: £60

SSD (500gb): £50

GPU 1070 or equivalent used: £100

Case: £25 used

Total: £350
