Bluetooth earbud latency on PC

I recently got the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro, and Ive been really liking them, the active noise cancelling is great. I use them on my phone and on my pc for gaming, but Im having one problem with it, the latency can get pretty bad. Now, I know that theres no way to fully fix latency on a bluetooth device, but Id want to know of ways to minimize it as much as possible. I am using a cheap usb bluetooth dongle, so maybe thats part of the issue, is there a good bluetooth dongle you guys can recommend? Or other ways to minimize latency
