will a case with a maximin cpu cooler space of 160mm, fit a 160mm cpu fan?

the case is the msi mag forge 100r and the cpu cooler is the deepcool ak620

yes, it will fit. Unless it's the DIGITAL since that's 162mm but if it's any colour variant of the standard AK620 then yes

In reality it's only 157mm, so it's fine

They also *usually* leave a couple mm to spare. 
When I spec a NH D15 (165mm) in a Phanteks P400 (160mm cooler clearance) on PCPP, I always get a clearance warning, but all 4 builds have fit, though I can press on the glass and hear it touch the heat pipes
