White balance kelvin editing app?

Hi! Is there a photo editing app for Android that  allows you to adjust white balance using a Kelvin value(so set it to 3100K for example)? Every app I tried including the more professional ones like Lightroom have separate values for tint and color temperature but not in kelvin, it's just a numeric value.  I need to set a specific value because I have a reference photo I have to follow.
