ILI-BIG

I found budget speakers from internet.

Which speakers sound good for their money? klipsch quintet iii or sony sscs5

I will use them with STR DH520 and Synergy sub10 subwoofer

Small speakers are difficult to do and Klipsch isn't known for it, very few are.  So I would recommend the Sony if those were the only two options.  I would look and see if Micca RB42 are an option in your location.  But go for the bigger of the two being Sony, not Klipsch.

Sony sscs5 is great I would also recommend the micca rb 42. I daily drive these speaker for the deal really powerful for their size and due to how good and compact they are I never felt the need to upgrade.

I m disappointed that i can't try speakers and buy locally. But SSCS5 looks great. But do i need to buy stands for them? Stands seems so expensive. Otherwise i will go to klipsch

The SS-CS5 are fine when they're on sale for around $80ish. At that price point they work and are not 100% awful.
They're NOT best in class at their day to day non-sales price that's closer to $200.

Emotiva B1+, KEF Q150, Polk [ES10, ES15], Elac Debut 2.0, etc. are probably what I'd be looking at for L+R speakers. If possible see if you can get them used. Speakers tend to last 10-50 years and often cost half as much used.

For what it's worth I've owned or used for extended periods: Emotiva B1+, Sony SS-CS5 and the Polk ES15
The SS-CS5 I bought for my father definitely sound lacking vs the others (also the Polk R200, but those are in a different price category)

The last time I bought the SS-CS5 I paid around $80 for a pair off amazon.
These speakers are NOT worth $150 per pair.

You can place them to the side of the TV. If possible try to angle them to the ears of the person listening.
