okay so I need my new Logitech webcam to delay for four seconds before it sends the signal to OBS (live streaming software), how can I do this.

Why? If you're streaming that is a terrible idea

its for a friends...I dont understand why he wants it like that so yeah.

maybe to sync up up the cam to a different input in OBS

Yeah he tried that but it always comes out of sync.

Yeah he tried that but it always comes out of sync. 

Well I mean that's the point though right? When you're delaying the webcam, it'll be out of sync from the audio and the gameplay.

OBS allows sync timing, just put a big number in :P
