Nope. You are fine. You can get thinner pads if you want to solve it but it's not worth your time. That is a very gentle bend.

Hi, I'm just installing a new ssd into this SFF PC that has preapplied thermal pads for it, but they're making the SSD slightly bent. 

 

Is that an issue?
