Nothing looking wrong.

 

The "paste" is silicone that holds components in place.

I got sold a used psu that is a Corsair 1000w 80+ gold . And I noticed white paste in the psu and was wondering if it’s supposed to be there or not. I don’t want to use a faulty product so I wanted to ask. And I also noticed the pins in the back were weird, some were  gold and some others weren’t.
