What would it take for you to work for the NSA

Is there anything that could make you work for the NSA or GCHQ? From a billion dollars to a cure for cancer. Anything is on the table.

The only thing that would make me consider working for the NSA is a cure for type 1 diabetes since my brother has it. Other than that I don't think anything would come close to appealing.

3 things

1. I get to be the head of the NSA. (meaning I can change things for the better)

2. I get free communication utilities (i.e. internet/phones) for the rest of my life.

3. I can't be held liable under any US law regarding collecting information, personally (not for the NSA). i.e. wiretaps, sniffing packets, reading people's actual normal paper mail, etc.

Oh, the fun I'd have.

And with that, I wouldn't need to get paid. I would do it for free.

A Schnitzel.

... So that's how you became a mod.

... I've got 3 Schnitzels to the man who can get me a copy of Slick's signature! And not just a copy. The real thing.

I'm pretty sure this would be high clearance stuff, with lots of pay...

I'd be in.

What do you mean change things for the better? xD it's not that simple besides the fact that what would you do stop snooping in peoples info and completely defeat the purpsoe of the NSA

I'm sure there are actual branches worth working for inside such a big organization, just as there is for Microsoft and EA.

I wouldn't be interested in working in such an environment, but good compensation along with a job that is focused on the actual "mission" of the organization rather than impeding on peoples' privacy would make it interesting

Why not if they would offer work that matches my specialities and would be interesting. I have mentality that I take that companies side where I work. Even if they may have problems in some area.

Why would I not work for the NSA?

Except they probably require you to be a US citizen or something like that.

About 20 €/hour or more would be nice.

Money, because i have 0 morals

Beneath this mask there is more than flesh. Beneath this mask there is an idea, Mr. Creedy, and ideas are bulletproof.

As I get older I get angrier more cynical, meaner. I feel some warning posts coming. I feel a ban coming. I was warned.

I'm fairly unprincipled as well - I'd work for GCHQ without any issues; if only to guarantee myself some privacy by knowing how to exploit the system. Oh. Then there's the money thing too...That'd be pretty cool, I guess.

Isn't that the point? Who joins the NSA without the express intent to defeat it's purpose?
