Any modern desktop case suggestions that have good airflow and an optical drive support/area?

I'm thinking of upgrading my case to a more modern standard, currently I have the Zalman Z1 Neo that has an optical drive support at the front so I can easily access my optical drive. Anyone know a compatible case for my optical drive?
