Yes, I guess, but for the money spent you can get a better cooler, like the Windforce one or the Double Dissipation.

the next cheapest R9 290 is $370.

 

For the person who already has some sort of aftermarket heatsink already that is compatible like an accelero X3, or somebody who has an AIO cooler and can just buy the G10 for $30 it's a great deal.
