Monitor issue with new Macbook Pro

Hello,

Whenever I plug in my second monitor through docking station on my M1 MBP, it has this weird issue that it duplicates my initial monitor and doesn't recognize the first monitor anymore but both display synchronized. When I go into the settings, only the HP monitor (not the LG) shows as present. When I press detect displays, nothing happens.

Anyone has an idea to why this may happen?

If memory serves, M1s only support 1 external display. The Max chips may support more, but I think they are still locked to 1 for the M1 series.
