Can't sign in through anything but Google?

Not a bug, just an issue.

 

So I want to not sign in with google anymore. But I'm having trouble doing so. When I try to sign in normally, with my google username, and google password, does not work. Is there a way I can stop signing in with google? I know I should provide more information, but I'm a bit pressed for time.

your forum password might be different, which the 'sign in with google' would bypass. might need to sign out and attempt a 'forgot your password' to reset it

You can set "local" password from your account settings. Email is still the one for Google, but ofc you can change that too.

If adding local password doesn't work, the you need to request password reset. 

 

Using Google, Steam etc. to create account or to sign in doesn't create password. It only creates account which is then verified with API connection to Google. Hence why your Google credentials won't just work as is.
