7600 or 7600x and which b650 motherboard and ddr5 ram for long survivability

Hi, so I'm looking to upgrade my system in the near future. I'm 1 of those people, who tend to upgrade only once every 8-10 years. This upgrade will cost me much and I do have troubles and am living as always on a budget like many. 

I was aiming for an R5 7600 but imagine this cpu for the next 8 years. Can it hold? Or would it be better to get the 7600x instead because of the extra "out of the box frequencies"?

The 7600 runs also cooler and with less power then the x version.

I could also buy an R5 7600 and buy a 9000 series later if needed.

If I can safe every penny, I would like to do so, but I would also like to survive for as long as possible. I don't like to overclock unless I have to. I do know the 7600 has PBO, I could turn it on if time asks for this but is it going to be needed? And will it be safe? I have an arctice freezer 34 cpu cooler and a fractal design case. I don't think neither the power (PSU: corsair 750w gold) or the airflow is gonna be a problem but I don't like to pay extra every month on my electrical bill either...

For the motherboard I was aiming towards the asus b650 prime. Unless something else would give me more survivability?

As for ram I am aiming towards corsair vengaence ddr5 5600mhz.

I would go for ryzen 7700 not 7600, where I live 7600 costs 270 eur and 7700 costs 310.
I would get Gigabyte B650M DS3H as per Hardware unboxed suggestion.

Don't get asus boards, they are trash and overheat all the time.

in 8-10 years you will want more cores than 6 so yes get a 7700

These will need to be ditched obviously, maybe youll get some money if you resell em

 

Though if you are currently having cpu issues flash a non k oc bios on the mobo and aim for 4.8ghz allcore oc so you can stave off an upgrade maybe till next gen where you can pick up a used or new b650 board for cheap alongside a cheap used 7600/7700

 

As for rams simply overclock em, most should be capable of around 3200, but if you happen to have good ics 4000+ is a possibility, send a thaiphoon burner screenshot here and ill see what i can do

Hell no! Thats 100 euro's more sorry, but no can do. I mean at that point I could have gone for a 7800x3d threadripper... If I had the money then yes but I'm on a budget actually... 7600x is only 10 euro's more. Big difference...

And you say no asus, Msi then? Or asrock? Cause the board you suggested is m atx... I have atx board right now and m-atx usually isn't even great for future upgrades...

Oh well nvm, I'll just go with the R5 7600x
