• questioning the timing when she clearly stated why she didn't reveal it earlier due to the LTT incels backlash, which proved her right
• calling her mentally ill and unreliable witness
• calling her a lazy/sensitive zoomer

Unless I missed something these things while inappropriate and unprofessional in a way that no workplace should tolerate they aren't criminal.   Someone needs to be fired, with cause.  Terminated in the worst way possible.    Then maybe sued in their own right by her.

Person A touches person B.  Person B says don't touch me.  Person A reading person B wrong is not doing a sexual assault if they then leave person B alone.    HOWEVER, if person A keeps on touching person B that's a problem.  That's assault.  (I'd tell person A like this.  Don't spend your time trying to touch people that don't want to be touched... even if they change their mind latter just move on.) 

I really hope that Madison's situation was someone laid on hands, she gave them a no and they backed off... but still she did not feel given enough space.  That's the best case for all.   Just about any other way is harassment or assault.

More mods would fix that, but if LMG corporate has complications policing itself, they likely lack spare cycles for properly moderating this forum. A huge number of posts in this topic would have been purged on another forum I frequent.

This is correct but you have to take into account the pressure she was, according to her statements, dealing with at the time. People don't think straight at this kind of times as was so profoundly proven by Linus's response to the first GN video (thank God the statement about Madison's allegations was much better).

 

People have to be understanding in any case. Perhaps Madison cannot keep her calm in times of great pressure. Does that mean that, if what she says is true, she is in the wrong? Definitely not.

 

I seriously hope there is a proper investigation going on and something will come out of it. Because I also think there are a lot of parties wanting to see the downfall of LMG.

 

So guys, be serious, be thorough. That's all we ask for.

The worst crimes are probably pedophilia and genocide, in my opinion. Rape may very well be worse than murder. There are cases where killing someone can be justified (imagine an ax murderer chasing your children), but rape is never, ever justified. So by virtue of just that, it's worse.
