HELP Does Spotify equalizer overwrite Windows equalizer?

I finally set my Realtek windows equalizer as I want but then I noticed there is a Spotify equalizer and I have to adjust it as well for my phone. But the settings are account bound I assume so it’s like I have 2 similar equalizers when I listen to music on PC now. How does this work? Which one is taken into account?

No, they sort of sit on top of each other.
