Push Notifications Won't Enable on Brave 1.56.20

Browser, version and OS: Brave (version 1.56.20), which, for the uninformed, is based on Chromium (version 115.0.5790.171)

Steps to reproduce/what were you doing before it happened? Simply attempt to enable push notifications

What happened? Push notifications refused to enable, saying "enabling" indefinitely

What did you expect to happen? Push notifications to be enabled after a few seconds

Screenshots of the issue, if applicable:

Any other relevant details: Brave blocks trackers and ads, which may have caused push notifications to break.

Any chance you have focus mode activated on Windows or your site settings in Brave are preventing site notifications?

Are you sure there wasn't a browser prompt about receiving notifications?

I am sure. The permission is on, yet push notifications won't enable.

Focus mode/dnd is off, and Brave site notifications are on.
