Have you tried just a single stick in the second slot from the socket? It's probably labeled with slot 1 or slot A1.

I did i tried using them all together and them just on 2 and 4 and 1 and 3

Alright, install Dell Command Update and let it do its' thing. See if it wants to update any of your drivers and BIOS and stuff.
