Sapphire Nitro 7900xtx underperforming

I found that my gpu wasnt pulling enough fps, i checked warzone 2 on 1440p and got 120-190 fps on max settings, with it often being 140 the most, wich is very low compared to what ive seen

 

so i tested rocket league on lowest settingsm and saw 660-890 fps, my previous gpu [6750xt] got around 550-600 so thats very weird

 

im going to test warframe too but this is weird behavior

 

also did a 3dmark test and sure enough its bad. like, really bad.

 

 

thermals are around 65 degrees while gamiong at 99 percent usage

are you using PBO2 Tuner for your 5800x3D? Hitting 4.45gz is pretty much required for a decent run on timespy.

 

Other then that its going to come down to what clockspeeds you are hitting for the gpu. Looks like its barely above 2500-2650, thats not going to be a great run. If you want a high score run its gotta be around 3000, otherwise its going to perform worse or about the same as a 4080, and no where close to a 4090.

GPU 3DMark score looks quite normal, stock score for my 7900XTX is around 28K, with undervolt and max power I got close to 30K

Your FPS may be CPU limited in Warzone, it's a more demanding game

Rocket League FPS are weird it should be in thousands tho...

your CPU score is REALLY far off. Mine is 11864 for the 5800x3D. Are you doing the 2nd Page at all for PPT, TDC, and EDC values? 

 

my 3090ti hits 22726, so yours is a fair bit above that at least.

did you consider Game Engine limitation where faster hardware yields nonexistant increase in fps?

are you using that CM ML360 AIO? Are you running its fan speeds at max and the GPU fans at max? i have a NH-D15 and i run PPT 120, TDC 80, and EDC 110. Since you have an AIO you should be higher then mine, not lower for EDC and  TDC.

what values do you recomend then? and im sure i am? idk i left my gpu untouched so mag mhz is 2900, i can crank it up if ud like, also im sure 360 rad is at max

If the 120 75 105 are EDC TDC PPT they're quite low

My 5900X operates at 120 170 185, I suspect you could use 120 160 140

I use fan control for my Fans except GPU, i do Afterburner for that. Just let them run at max fan speed for 2-3 minutes before doing the run, and make sure nothing is running in the back ground. Also check the pump speed, although not sure if its auto 100% or not.

 

EDC try 120-125, and TDC 90. See if that does anything. You can also try resetting your GPU back to stock settings and try that, ive seen some wonky stuff with 7000 OC stuff.

Fan speed at 15%? Gotta have it at 100% when doing this. Core Clock 3650? Thats way to high. should be a max of 3100ish otherwise it wont perform well. Just do a reset of them.

i do a manual speed when doing time spy, just 100% the entire time for both CPU and GPU. Auto is better for gaming and actual stuff you do.

yeah most 7900XTX pretty much dont hit 3k, the only one that i know for sure hits it is the Liquid Devil. Most others are in the 2700-2900 range. Set it to  2900 and see how it goes.

Flashing vbios  honestly wont do much. That stuff is mostly for XOC and not general use.

 

Mouse issue sounds like something is trying to grab it, restart the system and see if it still happens.
