what temperatures are you getting idle and on load?

it has a heatsink on the vrm

its only a 7970 not a 290x. the vrm temps are much lower

it probably works ok but it looks absolutely terrible, atleast in my opinion, it gives zero airflow to the vram/pcb aswell so maybe not the best solution there is, but it's a fun little ghetto mod.
