Help please. 100% Utilization issues on Windows 10 Doing nothing.

I’m using my phone right now because it’s so unusable. I recently got super busy and didn’t use my desktop for a month or two. I come back and I’m at constant 100% utilization with no explaination and nothing open??? It takes 5 minutes to even start up windows and another 5 to type my name in. I just want to use my computer again. This is genuinely upsetting I can’t even trouble shoot.

I’m just going to use my windows 10 key to do a fresh install. I’m not waiting on this thing lol

If you open task manager, check the details tab. You should be able to see which processes are using the CPU. If you didn't use it for some time, might be it's simply busy downloading Windows updates.
