how much can i sell m y cpu for?

Something to keep in mind, the prices quoted here are without eBay fees. So it might be worthwhile selling it locally instead, or on Reddit, where you can avoid the additional fees.

so i have a ryzen 9 3900X with the box as well as the cpu cooler that came with the box. im looking to sell the cpu to help pay for a cpu upgrade but im not sure how much to sell it for any ideas? id most likely sell it on ebay

Search on eBay, then scroll down and click "Sold items" on the left. You'll see all the listings that have ended and what the sale price was.

Looks like they're going for $220 to $250 in the US, whether they have the box and cooler or not.
