Get a R7 265 and a steering wheel

Yep, agree with this, the R7 265 is more powerful than the GTX750 Ti, and may the same, or even less than the GTX750 Ti (nVidia products carry a price premium over an equivalent AMD card here in Asia).

What about a 7790? its a good card. doesnt consume lotsa power..

Look,  going for that steering wheel, regardless of how much it costs, is going to severely limit your choices in gpus to low end stuff. 

If you can, it would be best to get a decent gpu now and save up again to get the steering wheel later.

I know you'll be wanting that steering wheel NOW!!!, and so would I, but do the buy in two stages, that way you'll at least get the graphics first and immersion later, rather than a half-assed mix of graphics and immersion and be stuck with it and wanting to upgrade again in a shorter time than if you were to get the more decent gpu now

The r7 265 needs a minimum 500 watts. I have it and likeit alot. I'm running 650w and is golden

650w for a r7 265? Isn't that overkill? I run my r9 290 with factory overclock and 3770k CPU on a 550w. It's fine even on furmark..
