The Ultimate Gaming Minivan - Part 1 (SPONSORED)

Sveeno

The underfloor cargo space where they put the batteries is designed to be used. People have probably put bags of sand and gravel for landscaping, big packs of water and other drink bottles, god knows what else in there. I don't see why it's more of a safety concern to put the batteries there than it would be to use that space for any other heavy cargo. It's not like the stuff is just sliding around unsecured behind the seats. In fact, people probably do put heavy items unsecured in the space behind the third row of minivans and SUVs all the time which would be way more dangerous than this. The battery/plywood assembly is in a closed compartment separated from the passenger cabin where it has zero space to move around.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

putting some metal boxes with 2x 20kg on some sheet of plywood behind your backseats is a really creative way of definitively killing your kids and yourself, when crashing into something.

The whole idea is so stupid from a safety point of view. Those batteries are too huge to not be a safety concern. They are too heavy for that small space. huge Monitors are too a safety concern when crashing. Multiple AC runs for what exactly, desktop pcs? just for shits and giggles? because i can tell you one thing: their kids would have never asked for this. Get them a switch or a smartphone without a screen time limit and they will be as happy as ever.

Don't endanger your family just because your inner manchild has too much money to throw around.

Besides, you already did an off the grid camping van solution. You could have easily upgraded that one, or just for a videos sake bought an old fucked up camper van and specced the shit out of it.

Got to earn that darwin award for the office trophy cupboard somehow. But to be quite blunt, it's quite safe to put heavy weights in the boot of the car unless if you overload it. The seats should be able to handle the impact without too much issues. The bigger risk is that you might unbalance the car slightly, reducing performance and causing some steering issues.

How do the batteries handle if the car is rear ended and they get destroyed.

About the same as the batteries in the trunk or under the rear seat of the many hybrid and electric cars on the road, I imagine.

And how much L the consume on 100km?

1 HP equals about 750 W, folks often misunderstand just how much power/energy it takes to take a car up to something like highway speed, so the actual additional load for the engine is quite minimal.

Shouldn't they blur this license plate at 5:09?

@LinusTechDoes part of your new house address contains 2 numbers 1, 2 number 7 and one number 6? Because it isn't hard to use license plates to get data online from people, even more when a lot of insurance companies sells them
