Why a sound card ? The board has a decent one, and you're on a tight budget

Still no GPU so don't expect much until you get one, but it's ok for the price

dont you need a sound card for audio?

i dont want it to be too expensive cuz im gonna upgrade in the future.

Sound cards are basically useless in 2022 for 99% of people.

No. It's not 1993.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

OP doesn't need GPU if he is getting 5000 series with G Ryzen

They’re good enough for now, then OP can get a used midrange or better card later.

That’s a better use of a limited budget than buying a new, low end, dedicated card right off the bat in my opinion.

I sold my soul for ProSupport.
