Mi WIFI 3C Router Firmware (English)

I'm using this Mi WIFI 3C for last 3.5 years It cam with English firmware and today the control panel suddenly turned to Chinese language the the option to change languages is missing (It used to be there) 

 

They are not pushing any updates the current version is 2.14.45

 

Now I'm looking for a English Firmware I'm unable to find official firmware 

 

Can you guys help me find Official English Firmware or any other third party trusted English firmware 

 

Router: Mi WIFI 3C White 

 

EDIT: Found an English Firmware 2.8.51 from ''Somewhere''  Using it for now. Still looking for an Official version or any other trusted one.

Consider OpenWRT but be careful about bricking.

They Saying It's Super Hard to Update OpenWRT on Mi WIFI 3C
