Planning a glass water cooling loop, how will I fit the tube in the below situation?

I've got a tube i want to run from a top rad, to a passthrough fitting that leads to the basement.  How will I orient the tube so that I can screw it in to both fittings?  See diagram below.  It's not super clear, but I cant slide the tube in place perpendicular to the top and bottom, but it's also not flexible, so I can't connect one side and then rotate the other down, because it won't be high enough to fit over the fitting.  What do I do in this scenario?

Use 90 degree bends or fittings in between.

You either need to move the radiator up or move the passthrough down, then move them back into place with the tube in place as well. If you can't do that you'll have to change your plan for your loop.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Prolly need to slide the rad in when connecting the line on both ends.
Fitting type will matter as awell, if you are doing double oring taller fittings. And can have a shorter line to help clearance.
