They said this about Halo, Metal Gear, Splinter Cell, Uncharted, Deus Ex, and plenty of other video games. I'd rather see the results than here a "Oh, hey guys, we're gonna make a movie on your favorite game!". Well, hopefully it's not like what the Max Payne and Hitman movies were like from what I read. Also, with Uncharted, you cannot mess up that kind of movie since it's based on Indiana Jones. As for Watch_Dogs, there are plenty of movies to reference if they really need to.

Halo is having a movie and show. Neill Blomkamp was supposed to make it back in 08 or something then it got cancelled and now Ridley Scott is making it and Neill Blomkamp is making the TV show

Prince of Persia was okay IMO. I liked the movie for what it was, I just think it could have been way better.

In his defense, he made a pretty good explosion fest out of a children's cartoon series (Transformers). As far as action movies go, there have been much worse. Michael Bay's presence would at least guarantee the Watch Dogs movie is watchable.
