Logitech C615 Webcam Review

I just got this webcam a while back, but I was pleasantly surprised.

 

THE PROS

Camera quality is ok, but microphone quality is excellent. Compared to using a sound-bar as my microphone, this is a big step up. I haven’t downloaded the software for it yet, (if there is one) so there aren’t many features about it. I really can’t complain that much about this since I got it at a deal on Best Buy’s website at $39.99.

 

THE CONS

There are a few things that are kind of annoying. The camera gets pretty overexposed a lot, and its only 30FPS at 1080p. Frame-rate looks low on Google Meet, but on OBS with some enhancements, it looks better. Then again, I can’t complain because $40 for a webcam is cheap.

 

CONCLUSION

Overall, the webcam is not bad. If you need a “cheaper” webcam, I would probably recommend this for certain scenarios.

I use one of these for my facecam on YouTube, since I don't really use it much it's quite sufficient for my purposes.
