(I didn't know where to post this) On windows if you have multiple desktops can you use seperate monitors and seperate peripherals?

Me and my brother are going to share a system but don't want to buy seperate ssd's, can we create two windows desktops and use our own set of peripherals on them?

Thanks in advance

Are you looking to both be using the same PC at the same time?

Sure is.  But not the way you're wanting it to work. You'd need dedicated hardware (gpu and ssd) and highish core count CPU. Then you could do VMs. Think 2 gamers 1 CPU (a classic).
